Kaitlin Lavin is a consultant at Aegis Compliance and Ethics Center, LLP focusing on clinical research billing and healthcare regulatory issues.
Kaitlin focused her graduate studies in health law and healthcare compliance. She served as an Executive Editor on the Journal of Regulatory Compliance and as Technical Productions Editor for the Annals of Health Law, the leading academic journal in health law. Kaitlin gained experience working in the Division of Survey and Certification for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and as a law clerk for the Bureau of Administrative Hearings for the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. Additionally, Kaitlin previously worked at Equip for Equality, a legal advocacy agency for people with disabilities residing in healthcare institutions.
Kaitlin received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in May 2017. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
